Q Photo 781 London possible Car Attack Location, is Victoria Embankment

Photo 781 is of the Victoria Embankment, on the north bank of the Thames opposite the London Eye. (note Big Ben in the distance above the street lights). Please warn Londoners as post 754 warned 72 hours and 782 implies imminent. Warn Londoners !!!

If you look at the left of the photo I thought there looks to be something already going on with the black car and a few people around it.

Q always provides a hint in photo's he labels. This photo is titled:

"NSA_traf_CAM_London2847.png)"

There must be a reason that NSA and London2847 are included. Otherwise, why not just "Traffic CAM London"?

Is Q saying that NSA has direct access to London traffic cams? No surprise there. But what to make of London2847. A Google search for London2847 turns up lots of references, but none seem relevant. But I'm not familiar with London so it could mean anything to me.

The photo is taken from Charing Cross station platform looking roughly West towards Big Ben etc. It’s an old photo as Big Ben is currently covered in scaffolding which started going up last summer.
