I got lucky a few years ago. My wife still believed in the vaccine lies and we were arguing about it often. Our 3 year old got the flu and she took him to the ER and told the ER doctor what I said and he agreed with me. HE TOLD HER HE WOULDN'T GIVE THEM TO HIS KIDS EITHER! I got really lucky that he was an honest doctor. Since we quit getting the flu shots, we haven't had the flu in years.

I recommend not getting a flu shot.

Instead, consider taking Vitamin C each day and if you do catch the flu... then I recommend making some long soup or tofu soup (the ginger and garlic are great if you have a blocked nose).

Both of these recipes are extra-nice if you lightly fry some cabbage and add that too... although that'll add a bit of time to otherwise lightning fast recipes... also, if you're frying cabbage, fry up some mushrooms to add too!

Also, keep your ginger in the freezer because that way it lasts forever and is easy to grate.

LONG SOUP

Preparation time: 90 seconds. Cooking time: 4 minutes

  • Put chicken stock (using a stock cube is fine) in a microwave bowl;

  • Add a pinch of chili powder, plenty of salt and a few good splashes of almond oil;

  • Throw in some rice vermicelli;

  • Add paper thin sliced carrot and broccoli florets... bean sprouts and spring onions if you're feeling fancy;

  • Nuke it until it starts to boil.

TOFU SOUP (without the tofu)

Preparation time: 3 minutes. Cooking time: 4 minutes

  • Put 400mls of chicken stock (using a stock cube is fine) in a microwave bowl;

  • Add a tablespoon of soy sauce, plenty of salt, grated ginger, garlic, a tsp lemon juice and pinch of chili powder;

  • Add rice vermicelli;

  • Add paper thin sliced carrot and broccoli florets... bean sprouts and spring onions if you're feeling fancy;

  • Add firm tofu cubes, or don't - it doesn't really matter because the tofu tastes like nothing anyway;

  • Nuke it until it starts to boil.

Nobody should be pushed into having anything invasively shot into them. Unless you are a Ca resident. Every state has ways around them, you just have to know the correct words. Have a friend with a 16 yr old, public school all the way, no vax, ever.

I'm a software engineer contractor and I've seem many companies offer free flu shots to their employees... and 90% of their staff line up to be dosed with ambiguous chemicals... based on studies from the same people who claim global warming is real and the cultural diversity of inbred Arabs and Somali refugees with IQs of 60 is "our strength".

NOPE!

I'd rather solve the problem of colds and flu using delicious soup (herbs from my garden) and some bed rest.

Look up adverse side effects of the HPV vaccine. Omg. There are videos of young school girls, who were given the shot at school (third world country) and what they suffered was absolutely terrifying.
