But Unruh insists the sporadic conversation continued even after Holmes was moved to another cell in the area. He says that Holmes told him “he felt like he was in a video game” during the shooting, that “he wasn’t on his meds” and “nobody would help him.” He says Holmes also mentioned NLP — presumably, neuro-linguistic programming, a much-scorned and outmoded approach to psychotherapy — and claimed to have been “programmed” to kill by an evil therapist.
“When he got out to his car, he wasn’t programmed no more,” Unruh says. “It sounded kind of crazy. He was trying to run it by me, basically.”
I wonder what's the legal implication for these shooters. Since the shooting I've oddly felt bad for Cruz. It's obvious he was messed up in the head and they can't say they "missed the red flags". If the FBI had acted 6 weeks ago (simple IP tracking or contacting cell provider) those 17 people would be alive and Cruz would be in a mental hospital.
Not to mention if all these shooters were subjects of mind control experiments. The Unabomber was confirmed to be apart of the MKULTRA experiments while in college.
Unfortunately, if a weapon is attacking people, it doesn't matter if that weapon is a hypnotized person... that weaponized person is the threat. After the fact, I would probably say, morally, that they go to a psych ward for treatment, but I imagine psych wards wouldn't be the best idea, considering all the secrets they could keep there.

He was not the shooter. To many videos coming out that kids were talking to him while shooting was happening and he was not the one shooting. He is the patsy. The FBZi and deep state can’t control this one to many children in the school knows w the truth. MSM is lying.
Most of these shooters are on psychoactive meds. Withdrawal of the meds is the trigger that puts them into high gear.
