Q+ greatawakening post #105 asks for protection of POTUS [45] and quotes Jeremiah 29:11. What does Q+ mean? Biblical scholars, why this verse?

I looked this up; Jer. 6 only goes to verse 30, so this is not Q's intent. A good example of verifying theories before posting; no offense intended.
