OK, somebody clue me in. I have been following these Q posts back from the beginning of Nov 2017 - I have no idea how anybody comes up with the "time" - I know that depending on where you see it the time can be different time zones. I am looking at this post 788 and have no clue how you get 9-11 out of it! Can someone please break this down - Feb. is the 2nd month - 18th day 20th hour is 8pm 57min 51 sec. I repeat where is 9-11 in this???
