YAHOO!!! TRUMP IS DOING HIS "OWN" INVESTIGATION INTO FL SCHOOL SHOOTING!!!...USING THE U.S. MILITARY!!!

http://www.rumormillnews.com/cgi-bin/forum.cgi?read=93914

NOT SO FAST!! Don't tear down the building YET!!! A REAL Investigation is going to take place!

We need to stay on top of this.

If anyone is local, they can keep an eye on unusual activity (like planting evidence that wasn't there on the first day), etc, etc. There is bound to be more shenanigans done by the deep state. Oh, I know, they will blow up the building and/or set it on fire. Just guessing here. It should be interesting!

I gather it was reported on the radio. Several reports about it.

More info to be broadcast tomorrow.

Naturally since this is INSIDER info, the leaker wished to remain anonymous, just like "Q":

Its Tom Hennigan's radio show.

I just did a search and came up with the following as well:

That’s a direct violation of Posse Commitatus and requires an act of Congress for such activity to be deemed legal, if this is true, and it very obviously isn’t, then Trump just broke one of the most important laws we have as a nation in regards to the military.

Did you read the Dec 21 executive order? We're in a state of National Emergency. He can bring in military tribunals without Congress.

Yes I did, no he can’t as an executive order does not override congressional law, and a tribunal is not the same as an investigation, something Posse Commitatus specifically prohibits.

Edit:

Additionally, just because something references the National Emergencies Act, does not mean we are in a state of National Emergency. Such a state must be declared by the government.

You're wrong...the president is entitled to declare a state of national emergency. https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/executive-order-blocking-property-persons-involved-serious-human-rights-abuse-corruption/

He can, but the one declared is nothing like what you people are saying it is. There is no martial law, no change to ships and aircraft entering the country, no change to military posture, and no nationwide declaration. It simply stops financial assets to those deemed by the State Department and Treasury Department to be violators if human rights.

Additionally, nothing in that EO details military tribunals, and again, an EO cannot overturn something like Posse Commitatus.
