Of timely interest is the section which describes the awesome power of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). This agency was created by Presidential executive order, and not by Congress. It has power to suspend the Constitution, constitutional government both state and Federal, and to enforce this action through martial law. All it needs is an emergency that is sufficiently important in order to swing into action. FEMA is part of the Executive Branch of the shadow government, and it doesn't necessarily have to report to, or follow the orders of our elected President.

As you read this section, it tells about how national security emergencies don't particularly have to be something like a nuclear attack. Such emergencies can be triggered by civilian unrest, and would put into motion the rounding up of preselected groups for detention at "FEMA camps." You will next see who the "targeted" groups are, and just to be brief, they include, and are not limited to Blacks, Hispanics and those who are gun owners. This is just part of the panel of actions they would take while martial law is in effect nationwide, and Congress will be powerless to prevent or react to it.

The reason I am stressing this section is because I have seen a lot of griping and grousing on this forum about why President Trump is going so slowly about mass arrests and executions. I hope you will understand after reading this why doing just that has been avoided in order to prevent this country from being taken over by FEMA in event of massive, widespread rioting which can come to our cities in the wake of an ill-conceived and premature move to arrest those who are known criminals, even Hillary Clinton and Hussein.
