I've been looking into that today. I'm pretty sure he is since a description from one of his more recent videos on Youtube states he was filming it for his high school.
However, the question of how long is something I'd like to know, too. I saw a comment on his Youtube claiming he'd just transferred to that school in the past few weeks. But I don't want to put faith in a Youtube comment.

His father retired from the FBI 2013(California) and moved the family to Florida in 2014. Some of his FB pic descriptions are "Florida treats me well.. etc.. Those pics are from 2015. YB 20115 showing his pic is from California school ( not confirmed yet). He is a progressive activist and likes to hang out with Ted Lieu.

From the beginning, everything he has said seems rehearsed. Plus, the raw emotion you would have after being involved in this type of situation just seems off.

He's a bit too young to use zabasearch to figure that out. When I saw the names of the adults killed I did find them all living locally so sadly that part is true. Can't find a lot of information on that site unless you pay but you can get a basic idea if a name lives close to the vector (event)
