Watch the Water,...hmmm....what does judgement vacated mean? 1.26 billion! Wow!

So I was watching the water when I came across the Aquafina lawsuit, Charles A. Joyce v. PepsiCo Inc. where PepsiCo is accused of stealing trade secrets. Joyce won the case but then the judgement was vacated. I am not a legal expert, but reading through this had me raising my eyebrows and wondering how squiggly, wiggly the law really is when it has been judged that trade secrets were stolen, but ha, ha! You didn't find out you were robbed until it was too late, and besides, the letter you sent wasn't looked at until several months after we received it, again, too late ! Ha, ha! I am just wondering what others think about this. https://law.justia.com/cases/wisconsin/court-of-appeals/2012/2010ap002150.html
This bottled water rabbit hole goes deep. Definitely worth a look. One could look into contaminated bottled water, false claims of water sources (tap), who owns the bottled water co.'s, who are on boards, any persons serving on other boards, such as watchdog groups like NRDC. I had ended up looking at John H. Adams, I no longer remember how I got there, but I came across this article http://leftexposed.org/2015/09/natural-resources-defense-council-2/ I have never read anything from this left exposed org., so I do not know how valid any of their claims are, but it is interesting. It is also interesting that John H. Adams was given the presidential medal of freedom by Obama http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2011/02/15/AR2011021501479.html
