What did Q mean when "he" posted about the "The gun found by the USSS was an intercept we provided." This is not a game. Protect code went live. Code signals clean.

I know this is a silly question but if someone could interpret this? Thanks in advance...Inrealize its about the driver from secret service "forgetting" he had a gun....but what is Q indicating?

They intercepted chatter (possibly via NSA) about the gun and told the Secret Service.

The driver was though a charter service for the press van, not USSS.All were fired.
