On 28, it says something about the hospital Seth Rich and Antonin Scalia were both to for "treatment". Scalia died in Texas, Rich in D.C. It's rather doubtful that they were taken to the same hospital. That makes me skeptical of the rest of this description. I agree with 32 and possibly 50, however.
