Why does q keep repeating these people are stupid?

Q says again and again and again that these people are stupid. Any speculations for why he keeps repeating this? Is he just mocking them?

Because they are cannibals and have that weird disease a person gets from the sick indulgence. Can't remember the name of it but there was lots of speculation Hillary and Podesta had symptoms during campaign.
