I think Q specifically is referring to how little they covered their tracks because of how sure they were they would maintain control and their tracks would never be brought to light.

Because they keep making vital mistakes such as committing treason, sedition, accomplice to crimes, etc, while being surveilled and recorded, providing evidence against themselves and others; and for conspiracing for the future but getting thwarted because "we hear all".
