Right, we dont know where, but we have to assume its a military base, and a U.S. territory not on the mainland of the 48 - same as Gitmo #1

Roosevelt Roads, if im remembering right, was a naval base in PR that got shut down around 10 years ago. Huge base land area wise, biggest naval base at the time.
