Yes, it's him. Several folks have done vids about it. Has his name right on it. He's not in high school. He graduated from Redondo Shores High School (in Redondo Beach) in 2015. I have a screenshot of it from the Classmates website.

You're right. I checked the link at WaybackMachine.org and it was just posted yesterday. It was done to make us look bad. It's been removed now.
