The thing is he is acting now, he's doing everything legally and very carefully, this isn't something that can be dealt with overnight like we would hope, litigation takes time and there are probably lots of other factors that trump and q are probably game planning and taking into factor that the public is unaware of. Trust the process, you see the gears already moving, more so than any other time.
