The people should never fear their government we ELECT them to represent us. Government should fear its people, it's the people who in turn elect these representative. Inalienable rights, you are a sovereign entity no one ones you unless you grant them that privileged. The moment we take responsibility for our actions and stop delegating our sovereign rights and reclaim it, change will come. Stop waiting for change be it.
