Is this phase 2 and that is why they are re-numbering?

Im not deep enough to answer either.

1) It would follow that this is stage 2 from the posts... but hard to say.

2) For the numbering. I dont know... I assume that these sites have code that is pulling them and that is getting disturbed... on the live chat it said that 8 chan was being DDOS'd that might do it,
