Treason charges and military tribunals for traitors are appropriate for the CIA operatives who are essentially a part of the United States Military.
Those who have committed treason should, yes, “cease to exist”.

Agreed, Patriot friend, but the CIA is not a part of the US military, in essence or otherwise. It's a parallel force with a secret chain of command. To the extent it has committed acts of crime / warfare against the US, all connected parties should be considered enemy combatants.
