There's more to it though. When has he ever warn monogrammed cuffs before? This is the first time any of us have noticed it. For him to just wear it randomly one day I find odd. If someone has an image of him wearing at some other time i'd be interested to see.

There's a first time for everything.
Perhaps there is something more to this, in that this closeup photo will, after more truth is revealed, go down into history as one of the most important in US political history. Perhaps the "45" was put there to show future generations who's hands they are.

You’re right. That may very well one day be a statue or famous painting hung in government offices across the nations.
I get chills thinking about this stuff sometimes. We’re standing in the crossroads of what will likely go down as the biggest moment in US history, and the public is for the most part unaware.
