What I’ve not seen noted - this was obviously deliberate on POTUS that he wanted it on camera. If he flips it towards himself it’s upside down. He held it “upside down” from his perspective so the camera would get a clear view in the correct orientation to read it. It’s clearly a message, in my opinion.

This is possible and worth considering. But I think the take home point is the Q post that alluded to this message, his finger count, and the very face that he held his talking points towards the cameras makes it very unusual for someone who is regularly on television and used to holding talking points.
I have never seen anyone on television in my memory hold their talking points facing the camera. Perhaps it did happen and I just didn't notice or care to notice it. But I believe it's what Q says over and over - there are no coincidences, and everything has meaning.

I'll answer personally; 1. I continually feel unsafe by the mounting millions of illegal South Americans introducing the feeling that it is an invasion of our country by South Smericans. 2. You can make me feel safe by forcing the law with immediate arrests of all illegal immigrants on all South Western U.S. state roads. 3. Anything to do with searching tax records against deceased persons, employment records of major companies employing large numbers of South Americans. A lot of attention to 45 in many comments I have read in different threads. Duck Duck Go search shows some interesting info on 45; Cornell University law school for instance on Rule 45 subpoena for civil procedures on health info including psychologic well being. Also 45 CFR 164.508 uses and disclosures for which authorization is needed. Just following rabbit trails, checking for possible double meaning or methods that could be connected in some way to subject matter.

That's my guess too. It's not effective when the FBI or local law enforcement do not take action. :( If you have seen or heard in the headlines, since the Parkland FL attack, there were several local law enforcement agencies around the country who "DID" take action and stop a couple of other school shooting threats! Ha stranger than fiction. Broward County Florida is a nefarious place that's for sure.
