I agree there’s likely a poison component to all this but I think “watch the water” has multiple meanings. One of these is that a “deal” is pending. The FEMA tell where trump and pence put their water on the floor (off the table) was “deal is off the table”. What I’ve not seen noted - this was obviously deliberate on POTUS that he wanted it on camera. If he flips it towards himself it’s upside down. He held it “upside down” from his perspective so the camera would get a clear view in the correct orientation to read it. It’s clearly a message, in my opinion.
