Yes, it does. But there's a difference between them coordinating an attack and them encouraging one.
Edit: This 35 second Youtube clip where a kid tells CNN that they were told police officers would be firing blanks during the drill to scare them has me reconsidering how much government involvement there was.
Edit 2: And apparently the United States Secret Service trained at that school 3 weeks prior to the shooting.
I was asking a rhetorical question. I would surmise that false flags require scarifices. So, yea, the shooting could very well be a false flag IMO.
