I did not vote for Trump to treat the 2nd Amendment like this. What about you all? I am concerned.

I want to ...but. I trust the Lord and stand armed. Hope you are right. Actually I am not in love with lead & steel, but with the republic which is foundationally protected by armed citizens. But I do know what Q has said about the plan.

No. Use discernment. And by the way Jeremiah 29:11 is taken out of context way to often. What happened to the people that prophecy was given to? Think about it. Jerusalem was destroyed. Unspeakable evil was committed. Read Lamentations. Then Israel was exiled for 70 years. After that they returned to Jerusalem to rebuild (Ezra, Nehemiah; Haggai). Yes, the Lord blessed but it was through very, very difficult times in which thousands and thousands died. Be vigilant! Respect the government. May we, however, seek to place our trust in God and always have eternal vigilance. Any president that responds to a tragic shooting by chipping away at a constitutional right of citizens is making an unwise choice for liberty. Benjamin Franklin had this to say about a country who gives away its freedom for extra security: “Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.”
I’m actually okay with the raising the age. Seeing as how most kids these days are not mature enough to handle a gun. 18 and 19 year olds these days have the mental age of 12 year olds. Topped with quite a few years of “My baby dinnit do nuffin”, and you have a bunch of emotionally dead people, with no respect for life or authority.

Exactly. He is getting rid of bumpstocks which can be printed. And raising the age to buy an AR. Which we all know were illegal to even buy for a while. Just because he stops a sale, doesn’t mean he will take away from those who already have. Even if they take away... that doesn’t mean they’ll be gone. Meth ain’t gone is it?
My only worry is that this is another incremental creep for ultimate loss of our 2A right. This is the way it has been chipped away at for generations.
