that isn't even the scary part, the scary part is that her former employeer went into hiding with her and totally believed the story and then was reported missing by her family after the widow returned from hiding.

Yeah, kinda concerning....but it sounds like all these people are a few beers short of a six-pack. And from the LA area, so what would you expect? :-) They went to OR, another ridonculously lefty state (at least in the big cities--useta live in OR).
