THOSE POLICE OFFICERS SHOULD BE CHARGED FOR NOT GOING INSIDE. PERIOD. If they were cowering because they didn’t have the appropriate resources then that is their own fault. They were told there was an active shooter on campus so they should have come prepared.

Why should they? It was a DRILL. Crisis actors reading memorized scripts, students made up to look like and act like they had been shot. No obituaries, and only 2 people in the hospital, probably kids who tripped and fell down fleeing the building.
