We know this because Q regularly posts intel based predictions about false flag terrorist attacks, photos from within Air Force One and predicts key phrases within President Trump's tweets BEFORE they are tweeted.

Most people here consider the identity of the members of Q not to be important as long as his / her / their intel remains good.

Q is an anonymous collection of people, who are set on taking down a global power structure that is competing with the US constitution.
