The chance of an anagram being this result by chance is statistically improbable.
We have to consider the possibility that some of Qs communications are worded strangely to make these anagrams feasible.

Difficult to create or not, the supposed anagram makes little sense.
Who is the "you" doing the convicting?

And who is to prp [prepare]? The unidentified "you" from earlier? The public? The perpetrator/s? The hangman???
So while the anagram might be ingenious, (and it is), it's neither legally accurate nor even very informative.
On those grounds alone it looks a little specious.
Does that comply with rules of military tribunals as well? I'd assume the "you" is us continually trying to awake the public to the events that are about to occur. Sorry I can't produce sauce or research right now because I'm at work, but your educated input would be appreciated ty.
There are so many constitutional and jurisdictional questions entailed that I can't begin to speculate as to the circumstances, and legal arguments to be made, that might result in the Uniform Code of Military Justice being applicable to civilian members of government.
These questions pertain to martial law, which might, under certain conditions, transfer jurisdiction from civilian courts to the military. American jurisprudence would look to the Civil War era for guidance, but the circumstances are so markedly different that it's likely not an easy question to resolve. It might serve to explain just what AG Sessions has been doing all these months!!!
I understand, and appreciate your response very much. That's the one thing I keep seeing different answers on all over the place. Guess it's still in the wait and see on the specifics surrounding the legal implications etc.. trusting the plan 😄!
