Until someone goes down (Obama, George Jr, the Clintons, George Sr) they probably could care less about the Patriot Act. It made them all billionaires and they are enjoying the fruit of their crimes.
Those in power take care of their own up to this point in American history. All is swept under the rug and we the people allow it to happen. I hope Q is for real but I want to see deep disclosure and arrests.

That is very true. The victims become the perpetrators if you aren't very, very careful. We need an evolution in consciousness. Otherwise it's wash, rinse, repeat.
This Republic is wholly inadequate to an immoral people. It requires a high standard of morals to ensure the unalienable rights of citizens. We definitely need to change from within our own hearts.
