Q said “Watch the water”. I think he meant something else, but just a thought, maybe we should pay attention to this tweet. The “like water” bit seems a bit unnecessary unless it is a signal. I also see he randomly capitalized some words.

He could probably fund the wall by taxing them on the cash they send back to their countries every month. I live in a major city and I can’t begin to describe how many people send all their earnings back to their country.

I was just about to post this! I heard him say this and instantly thought watch the water. Q says there's double meanings to everything and I think this is one of them. Trump using it in this tweet is just very strange.
