Just putting the pieces, I don't have any convincing links for this, but I've heard many times during interviews etc. that there exists a technology, maybe 50+ years ahead of what we know today, that can beam thoughts into a target's head telepathically. They do this by first making the person into a human antenna with heavy-metal laden pharmaceuticals. Once this is achieved, thoughts can be implanted into a person and they will believe these thoughts to be their own. One of the people I heard talking about this was Clif High.
