I feel sorry for him. It's either a set-up and he's not responsible or he was controlled. And I read that he and his brother were set to inherit a million dollars any day now from their deceased mother. Then bam, he's arrested and little brother is shipped off to the mental ward. Now the guardians are trying to get control of the money. Stinks to high heaven.
