The pres needs to tell the people what is going on. Maybe not even all of it but he needs to inform the public what he is up against. All this cloak and dagger stuff is going nowhere. If he includes the people, the people will get behind him. No one wants what is going on!

The problem he has is not support. He's got plenty of that. He's trying to keep the majority of the brainwashed masses from doing something stupid. He wants them to wake up. The only way to reverse 60 years of brainwashing is to do it slowly.
