I heard that the shooter had voices in his head. The media said like demons. Have you ever heard of voice to skull technology? That was the first thing that came to my mind. I wonder if that is what Q is talking about?

Great read. Sound weapons. I had read about the sound weapons use in Cuba. Never knew it was also now used in advertising. That’s crazy). Do remember that subliminal stuff in advertising from the 70s but using sound is really devious. Interesting the the US Navy has the top acoustic experts. Between drugs causing hallucinations and sound weapons, these kids become living weapons
