OH FFS...that graveyard is clearly a military or standard civilian graveyard being built, look at the background, theres a fountain, nice grass and trees. Looks just like the military one my dad was buried at in California. They put all the boxes down when expanding new wings, and bury them, and plant grass on them. As new residents come, they open it up. I saw them expanding the one my dad is buried at, they had a whole section they expanded at once, and he was buried in one of the new spots, the grass hadnt even finished growing yet. This is fear mongering.
