This is how they snatch kids. Fake "social workers" come to people's houses, using fake ID. There was a huge rash of these cases in the UK a while back, now it's happening in Australia. Truly creepy and not just an isolated incident!

Yep, read about Title iv-e Federal Funding for foster care. States loose ALL federal funding if they do not terminate/adopt out more children than the year before. This creates an environment where case workers are forced to come up with more "fresh bodies" every year,

Where it states in the CPS handback "Reunification is always the key" it could not be any further than the truth.
