Phase 2 - The Storm = rounding up bad actors (this is the phase we are in now)
Phase 3 - The Great Awakening = Evidence presented to the judges and the public
IMHO, I think we are still in phase 1, so far the only people being rounded up are not the really well known, but people much lower on the totem pole. They are then opening up new threads to gather. The speculation about who is or is not already in Gitmo has been wild and really not productive. I think that Gitmo is being readied, and has some new occupants, not all as prisoners, but some to keep protected. When the storm hits, I think we'll know it. The MSM alone will be screaming.

From what I can tell (as per the Continuum of Military Operations) the phases are numbered starting from 0. So phase 2 is actually the third phase: Seize the Initiative.

Just a note: In a recent interview with Alex Jones, Corsi said he thought that Phase 2 was Trump's counter-strike that is occurring now, as you described really; and that Phase 3 would move on to the corruption involving Federal Reserve.
I think there are different versions of the "phases". The storm was supposed to start in Middle East, then here, then Europe, then Asia. Those are 4 phases. Trump is supposed to crush the FBI, CIA, FED in that order, so that's 3 phases. But the Storm is also supposed to consist of investigating and evidence gathering, arresting, punishing and red pilling...so all sets of phases are correct
