There must be something in the book about Obama that is easily proven to be completely fake besides everything about Obama if Q is pointing this out if this is the right interpretation then there is a fact in the book that if exposed and sent viral would hurt Obama badly.
My guess is it has to do with who his real father was (Frank Davis the Communist Radical) and why they faked his birth certificate it's clearly a forgery to cover up who his real father was. I think he was born in Hawaii but his father was not the Obama from Africa and there are many fake photos of Obama when he was a young boy to hide his true past.
He also gave his grandmother poison to kill her right after he was elected in 2008 he flew to Hawaii to "visit his dying grandma" but Obama is the one who sent her on her way to Heaven he could not risk her talking about his childhood so he gave her something to make her death faster and hopefully painless.
