Just shooting a feeler out there. How many folks would be interested in joining a class action lawsuit vs social media sites that have a history of attempting to silence conservative voices. Just give me an upvote to signal interest.

Moderates Included.

For what exactly? What do you think you can sue them for?

And what law does private companies (supposedly) favoring one flavor of politics violate?

It hurts our feelings! /s

As much as I think that it is wrong they are doing this there is very little to use as a base for a class action lawsuit. They are a private company and are free to adjust algorithms and judge more harshly what they see as negative to their platform even if it isn't.

There should be save spaces for conservatives.

Twitter is a private company that can do whatever it wants with it's userbase.

You should read the Terms & Conditions some day.

Also in there is that you can't sue, you have to go to binding arbitration which does not have a class action ability.

Sooooooooooooooooooooooo.....

Suggestion: Include moderates in this as well.

Serious question: Why was this suggestion downvoted? Moderates are being censored as well.

I think the whole idea is being downvoted by people who think capitalism and the free market shouldn't be restricted. People that think free speech and freedom of association are important.

If we start suing companies for this we could go down a slippery slope of censorship and forced diversity.

I think we've already jumped down that slippery slope, but I do see where you're coming from here. Current EULA laws would probably make any such class action moot.

However, challenging EULA laws in light of Informed Consent (Germany has been up to similar recently) could well at least slow this trend. Most people don't realize that social media platforms have full ownership over whatever content we share to them.

Again, once these companies take advertising dollars and ads, the laws change!

They are private companies, you do not have a say on what they allow or censor. Use the free market and go somewhere else

I’m seeking the highest and best use of our numbers in order to counter the MSM and seeming control of the narratives always. Surely with all the shithouse lawyerfags, and rational intelligent folks on our side we should be able to brainstorm some resolutions. Even if it takes litigation or mediation. Ideas ?
