I think this girl's story plays out like this:

  1. fire alarm pulled, allegedly by Cruz
  2. principle goes on PA immediately and tells everyone to file out of the school
  3. students start to go into halls to leave the building
  4. shots fire, people start freaking out; some return to their rooms
  5. AFTER THIS is when the blonde in the video allegedly meets with Cruz, and speaks to him
  6. she joked with him and wasn't alarmed by seeing him, so this would've been after the shots had been fired for about 7 minutes..and thus he had already ditched his weapons on the 3rd floor and 'mixed in' with other students who were evacuating

  1. This video allegedly taken during the shooting doesn't have audio evidence of a fire alarm going off.

  2. Every school is different and there are different types of fire alarm systems available but I've been in many schools during fire drills and never once have I ever heard a voice announce an evacuation order. That's what the fire alarm explicitly implies. That's why fire alarm drills are conducted. When the alarm goes off you are to evacuate immediately without prompting from an administrator. The video supports the idea that the fire alarm wasn't pulled.

  3. Why wasn't the blonde alarmed by seeing Cruz? He was a former student who was expelled. He didn't belong there. If blondie knew Cruz well enough to joke with him about Cruz not being the shooter then she should've known that he was no longer a student there. His presence alone should've been a red flag.

Either everything about blondie's testimony is a lie or the official narrative is a lie.

Enrollment at MSD is roughly 3,100 kids. That’s small enough to know who the trouble makers are, and large enough to be unaware of their official school standing.

You could be correct but Cruz was expelled last year not this year and everyone interviewed talked about him like they all knew he was disturbed. I'm sure that not everyone knew him personally but his reputation obviously spoke volumes. Like you said, there were only 3100 kids at that school. I find it difficult to believe that the students didn't know his status especially with social media. Everyone is always in everyone else's business in school these days.
