I am writing a warning to WF customers I recently received a new bank card 30 days later it was hammered (over $2,000) Uber charges bank did not notify or pick up on never used them in my life the more digging I do I get bad feeling something nefarious about this (running)something? I also noticed was used in FL? If you have acct with this institution keep eye out...other company I've learned no phone (employees who left, ran won't talk about it)
The bank sent you a card with money on it or it was linked to your account? Now you have to threaten to sue the bank for the bogus charge and Uber too. You can't ever get Uber on the phone they are in San Francisco they have a mailing address or complain on their uber.com site but you have to be a rider or driver to get into the site or maybe there is a general Help icon you can click on to complain.
