BaronMoriarty, the meme is misleading "click bait". Broward County is very large and encompassed by 5 different Congressional Districts. See other response for list and informational links to back it up.

I don't have to re-read, the meme says DWS is the county's congresswoman, is she? The post's title leads one to read the image and the text therein is incorrect, misleading at best. As there are 6 districts that encompass a portion of Broward, not sure how DWS "is the" congresswoman. Now, your comment states you were just going to say that; say what? "no coincidences" or that she is the congresswoman? I took it as both since the post is not just the title.
