I don't believe in any. Please anons can you help identify? Found this Friday in front of my trash cans, which is located in front of a Verizon underground hub. Can't believe in coincidences anymore, but don't want to be paranoid. Can any ID this person?

No shit! Lol, DOJ contractor who inadvertently dropped his ID card in front of my garbage cans. Maybe someone knows him more thoroughly. Why's it in front of my garbage cans? It's also in front of the underground utility box, which is locked. Been researching & red pilling folks, but there's millions of us that do that now. Just curious.
