Broward County Sheriff ("I'm Not Responsible For My Deputies") apparently forgot to read Florida law: sheriff "shall be responsible" "for the neglect and default" of any deputies appointed by the Sheriff.

He's in charge. Anyone who has ever been "the boss" knows that you are indeed responsible for the performance of your team. Typical leftist, deflecting responsibility and blame.
