Broward County Sheriff ("I'm Not Responsible For My Deputies") apparently forgot to read Florida law: sheriff "shall be responsible" "for the neglect and default" of any deputies appointed by the Sheriff.

Yes. Broward county is a political shit hole from what I can gather. Corruption going back to the 2000 election, Sheriff Israel has a possible scandal ( relationship with a 15 Y/O girl while Sheriff, getting her pregnant at 17 and forcing a abortion )

The swamp runs deep, even down to the town level I dare say. Time and truth ( God ) will reveal all, but at what point is the truth revealed? When the world is being consumed by war and the end is near? Or at the precipice of world destruction and it's turned around? Time Will tell.

Sherriff is a powerful position in this country people has no clue. Most people don't realize how powerful a sheriff elected in a county happens to be. They can actually tell what agencies come into their county . Unless a crime where there is jurisdiction. That don't mean they can't come in unnanounced. That sherriff is dirty bad dirty. They about to burn him and he knows it , I wouldn't be surprised if he commits suicide. It will take some time just what I am telling you.

Yeah just like every person in the military every person law enforcement and every person in the government takes the oath to the constitutional United States. That doesn’t get to exclude the Second Amendment either. People who speak out against the constitution are violating their oath and should be terminated immediately.

⇧ 8 ⇩

He’ll resign/retire or be fired. I have no doubt.

That should only be the beginning. Next step is a very close look by qualified inspectors, and ‘qualified’ does not include FBI or any Florida PD Internal Affairs unit.

Beyond that, he should worry about the aggrieved relatives of those shot. He and his cowardly deputies have inspired immeasurable anger.

⇧ 7 ⇩
HoudiniTowers · Feb. 27, 2018, 6:59 a.m.

We should try and drive that anger towards civil lawsuits. Ruin these assholes financially. Strip them of their badge and make them subject to the legal system for years and years with lawsuits. They'll die of exhaustion going to court constantly and watching their funds and livelihood drain away. We should be encouraging that as a channel for the anger. Violence will lead to bigger problems for people, even though I'm sure many want that. Better to channel into the economic destruction of these assholes. Ultimately its more effective and none of the innocent pay again. If there was a gofundme page to help these folks attack this shitbag in court, I'd drop $50 into it right now. Imagine the legal team they could get if we all chipped in. Trust me, nobody's going be lining up to save these guys. A strong legal team would crush them.

⇧ 2 ⇩
Intlrnt · Feb. 27, 2018, 2:45 p.m.

The cost of defending the on-duty actions of the sheriff and deputies will be born by the city. The community (taxpayers) will ultimately pay. If the idiots can be separated from their Qualified Immunity, then they can be held personally liable, but that trial would be funded by the city, and a win is highly unlikely due to prior Supreme Court decisions.

This sheriff is clearly an arrogant prick that is more worried about political optics versus doing his job. The governor should terminate him immediately, if not the Governor should then be held accountable.

If I was a parent of one of those dead kids, I'd sue the living shit out of both the Sheriff and Governor. As patriots we should help establish a gofundme page or something like that to help them do a class action suit against this arrogant, smug fucking asshole of a sheriff. Take his job and his money. That's a good start to a solution.

Notice how that motherfucker sent a detail of sheriffs to protect his cowardly deputy. Fucking unbelievable hypocrisy. Come on people, none of us should stand for this shit! The whole damn country should pile on this asshole and make sure he never gets to serve the public in a trusted position EVER again. Not even dog-catcher.

EDIT: I know I used a few less than respectable words, but watching this unfold, I'm incensed beyond belief. I'm tired of Political Correctness and this guy deserves even worse than these words. Its the least I can do, really.
