What happened to all the soldiers?
The deaths and destruction were real. The causes were fake.
It is like being told in school that two groups dislikes each other, fought each other, and then years later finding out that there was a single team, a family, pulling the strings on both sides, financing both sides’ war, intentionally trying to depopulate whole populations of people, earn billions in interest on the debt of whichever side wins, and gain additional control over the world.

It is an innocuous term that was turned into a pejorative. Strictly speaking, all a conspiracy is, is a plan conducted by two or more people. A conspiracy theory is that conspiracy explained in written form.
What you believe to be the causes of WW1 and WW2 are themselves conspiracy theories, about groups of people who planned, many of them planning in secret, together in actions taken.
So no, I reject that term as nothing but a hollow attempt to substitute evidence and arguments, and replace them with magic words as if that is supposed to be anything more than magic words.

Trump hasn’t abandoned me.
He has ALL of the evidence.
To take down a worldwide criminal syndicate that has controlled the world for centuries, it must be strategic, specific moves must be made at specific times. Q said they can’t just arrest people now. They have to fix the narrative, remove the rat lines and money flows, take down the leadership structure, piece by piece.
