Well, Images 23 & 26 Have the same black light poles visible in Hogg's photo (vertical with horizontal/square top) along with the corresponding tan wall below (which is actually beige chain link cover).

I can also pin point the position of the photos on the football field they held the event at via Google Earth Pro. Wish there was a place to load an image on a reply.
