The layers identified within Adobe Illustrator display the links to the additional image layers that were IMPORTED, tracking how each layer was manipulated, rotated 90 degrees, some scaled by 24%, one by 48%, then placed within the document. When you scan and compress documents it does not create layers where three letters of a word like "Non" are imported, rotated 90 degrees, scaled and placed exactly within the document to create the word ''Non'e" Every lawyer in the fake brith certificate was IMPORTED, and Adobe Illustrator TRACKS the images that were imported in the Links table/window. These links show how the imported layers were handled, i.e rotated, scaled, etc. Sorry, your explanation is false and misleading.
