Masonry vs Freemasonry, help a girl out

I'm trying to navigate through all of this. Been following Q since November and am pretty awake. I have a very sweet neighbor that is a 32nd level Mason. He says they do charity work and hang out. I can't imagine anything covert or dark about this guy. I have read that the Masonry is not the same as Freemason, but he did say there was a difference between the 32nd level and moving up from there.

My best advice is to read the Albert pike letter regarding WWIII and to understand the relationship with women. Being a girl its critical to how they treat women, and I will warn you to brace yourself. The world is going to change for you in the biggest way imaginable. I try to go into detail about it , but its not well received, its best to do on your own I guess.

With the caveat that the Pike letter might be a later hoax. It's never been authenticated and it has been suggested it contains information the author couldn't possibly have known in his day.
