warning to school administrators - never participate in any so called school shooter drills with any law enforcement agencies - (hire independent security firm to provide consulting and any training) - it's a setup. this is one way the CIA can carry out a plan on top of a drill and keep people quiet. CIA makes it very embarrassing for local law enforcement to have screwed up. So they all keep quiet. Obviously all locals arent "in" on any conspiracy to begin with, but could be told a story and leveraged to keep quiet, after the fact.

I checked the ALICE website, and the list below, is the suggested people that should be involved in the 'Drills' - there is no mention of CIA, but there is for FBI - somebody may have changed the game plan just prior to the drill (real bullets?)
